Eso-Nice Realty Development incorporated is a private corporation, which is wholly owned by the Nisce family of La Union. With interest in bankng, entertainment, gasoline stations and LPG distribution the Nisce Family is best known for establishing Rang-ay Bank, Eso-Nice Cinema, Eso-Nice Enterprises (Gasul) and Rudy’s Shell Gas Station.

Having been in the Real Estate Business since 1979. Eso-Nice Realty developed Eufrosina Heights as their most recent venture. They are developing the subdivision to provide reasonably priced lots for the people of La Union, as well as its neighbouring provinces, and the Philippines unsung heroes, the OFWs.

At present, the company continually uses their competence and experience that they have acquired through the years to design and build real estate projects that would generate value to the people of La Union.
