On October 07, 2024 Eufrosina Heights participated in DHSUD REGIONAL OFFICE 1 – Kickstart of the National Shelter Month! The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region 1, under the dynamic leadership of Regional Director Atty. Richard Venancio Fernando V. Ziga, launched the National Shelter Month with an engaging Motorcade that commenced at Poro Point Baywalk in Barangay Poro, City of San Fernando, La Union and ended at Puerto de San Juan Beach Resort Hotel in San Juan, La Union. The event was attended by other Key Shelter Agencies, including the National Housing Authority (NHA), spearheaded by their Acting Regional Manager Ms. Jocelyn S. Sunica; Pag-Ibig Fund, by Artemio Laroya; and the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC), by Mr. Paolo Macalino, along eith the developers of Real Estate Project within the Region as well as the real estate organizations like CREBA Pangasinan, CREBA La Union, REBAP La Union and OSHDP Pangasinan.
The motorcade marked the official start of National Shelter Month, celebrating the theme ” Pambansang Pabahay: Matibay na Tahanan, Matatag na Komunidad Para sa Bagong Pilipinas.”
Following the motorcade, a brief program was held at Puerto de San Juan Beach Resort Hotel in San Juan, La Union, where representatives from the key shelter agencies shared updates on their initiatives and projects.

On July 19, 2024 we extended our Completion date and the new Regional Director of DHSUD Region 1 Atty. Richard Venancio Fernando V. Ziga together with Engineer Sherwin Patanao, president of Esonice Realty Development, Inc. and Hon. Kyle Y. Nisce city councilor of San Fernando City, La Union.
