This activity was held at DHSUD Conference Room, 3rd floor, Florentino Street, Barangay IV, City of San Fernando, La Union March 26, 2025. Eufrosina Heights was reperesented by our General Manager Mr. Kyle Y. Nisce together with our Consultant Engr. Rogelyn Javar. The activity aims to present updates on rules, regulations, and procedures concerning Real Estate Management Approvals. It will also clarify compliance requirements and documentation standards to ensure proper and timely project approvals, address common issues encountered by developers, and strength coordination between DHSUD Regional Office I and project developers.
Given the evolving regulatory environment and the implementation of strengthened housing programs this participation is highly encouraged. The orientation will serve as a venue to provide clear guidance responds to concerns and reinforce accountability in real estate management practices – promoting transparency, efficiency, and adherence to housing laws and regulations.
